Refund Policy

Full refund of the professional fee if you cancel before we've started document preparation or filed anything with a government portal.

Government/statutory fees already paid to a portal are non-refundable once submitted, since they're paid to the government, not to us. The professional fee is refunded on a pro-rata basis for work not yet completed.

If a government authority rejects a filing due to an error on our side, we refile at no cost. If you'd prefer a refund instead of a refile, the professional fee is refunded in full.

If a filing is rejected because information or documents you provided were inaccurate or incomplete, refiling is chargeable at the standard rate for the corrected work.

Subscription plans can be cancelled anytime from your dashboard, effective at the end of the current billing period. We don't charge cancellation fees.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
