Identity and KYC documents you upload for a filing, contact details, payment metadata (handled by our payment processor, not stored by us), and usage data from the dashboard and AI tools.

To prepare and file the service you've purchased, to run AI-assisted drafting and document analysis on your behalf, to send compliance reminders, and to improve the accuracy of our AI tools in aggregate, de-identified form.

The licensed CA, CS, or lawyer assigned to your filing; the relevant government portal (MCA, GST Network, IP India, etc.) as required to complete your filing; and infrastructure subprocessors (hosting, e-signature, payments) bound by contract to protect your data.

Documents and messages you submit to an AI tool may be processed by our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate a response. We do not use your filing documents to train third-party models.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or request deletion once you have no active filings or statutory retention obligation. Contact us at hello@firstcompliances.com to exercise any of these.

We retain filing documents for as long as required by the applicable statute (which for most company records is longer than the engagement itself) and delete other account data on request, subject to that same requirement.
